Description
Based on her experiences as a health informatics student and instructor, the presenter will provide a brief overview of the current challenges with student engagement in the online learning environment. From her online course design and teaching experience at McMaster University, she will also share theoretically-informed and practically applied techniques to effectively improve online student engagement in health informatics courses.
