This presentation provides an overview of the role of the Advisory Committee in curriculum review and the program Advisory Committee CAHIIM standards. One difficult task for program director is engagement of the Advisory Committee in the curriculum review process. This is a process and takes time to educate and cultivate interest from committee members in the process. Specific examples of projects developed with the Advisory Committee will be shared.
