Description
We established an Applied Clinical Informatics Research Program to support clinical informatics research in practice through promoting collaboration between academia and the health system. We created an infrastructure and engaged three key parties: health system practitioners, faculty, and students. The program has been a positive mechanism to assist in clinical informatics research activities in the hospital.
