The ROC Referral Project(RRP) was executed by a multidisciplinary team to create a ROC referral process in Urgent Care Clinics and Emergency Departments of Children’s Mercy Hospital(CMH). The deliverables include the development of specific provider order, a single location for providers to access the order, and the use of message center within Electronic Medical Record to activate the orders of providers outside CMH. This poster fosters innovative thinking and interprofessional collaboration in SDLC of the RRP.
