Description

Informatics training initiatives often address skills and competencies for undergraduate or graduate students. However, established researchers have more immediate needs for these skills, but they have limited time and may have limited computational competence. Providing a variety of format and skill level training is key to addressing researchers’ computational needs. This variety is provided by recruiting training partners from research computing services, academic departments, core facilities, and peers at other academic institutions through collaborative initiatives.
