This presentation will discuss using Canvas, a learning management system, to track competencies mapped to AMIA Health Informatics foundational domains in preparation for CAHIIM accreditation. After a brief discussion of the domains and Miller’s Pyramid, we will show how we used Canvas to track program competencies and associated Miller’s levels, foundational domains, and assessments relative to the course objectives. We will show how to use the information for CAHIIM reporting for graduate Health Informatics accreditation.
